No. While most projects are in New York City, we also file applications and resolve violations in other New York State counties.

Can you help if work was done without a permit?

What’s faster—LNO or C of O?

When records support existing use, an Letter of No Objection ( LNO) can be faster. If use/egress/occupancy changed, you’ll likely need ALT-1/ALT-CO with a C of O.

Yes. We frequently coordinate with A/E teams on drawings, energy, asbestos, and special inspections.
