FILING AND APPROVAL OF JOB APPLICATIONS (PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION) ~ Project-Based Fee
- Prepare DOB filing documents
- Obtain signatures from building owner’s, if required
- Pre-file and Filing Alteration 2 or Alteration 3 – Self Certification application
- Obtain job application approval
FILING AND APPROVAL OF JOB APPLICATIONS (REGULAR PLAN EXAMINATION) ~ Project-Based Fee
- Prepare DOB filing documents
- Obtain the owner’s signature, if required
- Pre-file and Filing Alteration 2 or Alteration 3 – Plan Examination application
- Attend up to 2 (two) Plan Examination appointments
- Discuss the objection(s) with the applicant of record
- Obtain job application approval
SIGN-OFF JOB APPLICATIONS (DIRECTIVE 14) ~ Project-Based Fee
- Submit documents for items required
- Sign-Off job application
- Submit PW7 – request for Certificate of Completion (Sign Off)
SIGN-OFF JOB APPLICATIONS (NON-DIRECTIVE 14) ~ Project-Based Fee
- Submit documents for items required
- Sign-Off work types

- Attend DOB inspection for alteration 2 job application ~ $ 500.00
- Attend DOB inspection for alteration 1 job application ~ $ 800.00
- Attend DOB inspection for New Building job application ~ $ 1,500.00
